Duna Collection Refund & Returns Policy
Returns Eligibility
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, eligible items may be returned within [7] days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- Original tags and packaging must be attached
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges:
- Custom-made or made-to-order garments
- Altered items
- Sale or clearance items
Custom & Bespoke Orders
Because all bespoke/custom garments are designed specifically for the client:
- Deposits are non-refundable
- Once production has started, cancellations are not permitted
- Final payments are non-refundable after delivery approval
However, if there is a verified workmanship defect, we will assess the issue and offer:
- Repairs
- Alterations
- Replacement where applicable
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.
Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within [5–10] business days after inspection of the returned item.
Shipping fees are:
- Non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:
- Size issues (subject to availability)
- Defective items
Exchange requests must be submitted within [7] days of receiving your order.
Fittings & Measurements
Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements. We are not responsible for fit issues resulting from incorrect measurements submitted by the client.
